Clear communication of what you require will help save time and money. Please provide your updates as follows:
- Send your updates via email. This helps us to have a copy of the request to refer back to if needed.
- Provide the name of or a link to the web page(s) that you would like updated.
- Clearly explain the changes that you need.
- For text changes, please supply the exact text as you would like it to appear on the website.
- Depending on the update requested, we may need FTP, Backend or Cpanel access. We will request this if needed.
- Our rate is $40 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.
- You will be billed on the 1st and 15th of each month.
